Executive Assistant

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

​

Our clients are founders and CEOs who need someone they can rely on to own the details, protect their time, and bring structure to the day-to-day. You will serve as a right hand—managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

​

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Complex calendar and schedule management across multiple priorities and time zones

  • Inbox management and communication triage on behalf of executives

  • Travel coordination and logistics planning

  • Meeting preparation, agendas, note-taking, and follow-ups

  • File and document organization across platforms

  • Light project coordination and task tracking

  • Acting as a gatekeeper and ensuring executive time is protected

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience

  • 2+ years of remote work experience

  • Prior or current experience as a 1099 contractor preferred

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and ownership

  • Comfort working independently while staying aligned with leadership

Business Manager

This is a strategic operations role for someone who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and execution to growing businesses.

Our Business Managers step in as operational leaders—owning projects, improving systems, and ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will work closely with founders to translate vision into execution and keep everything moving forward.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading and managing projects from planning through execution

  • Building, refining, and optimizing internal systems and workflows

  • Creating and documenting SOPs to support scalability

  • Managing timelines, deliverables, and team accountability

  • Identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements

  • Supporting operational strategy and decision-making

  • Acting as the bridge between the founder and the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of business operations or chief of staff experience

  • 2+ years of remote work experience

  • Experience working as a 1099 contractor

  • Proven ability to lead projects and drive execution

  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with founders or small, growing teams

  • Clear, direct communication and strong leadership presence

  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
