Meet your custom match

We’ll review several candidates based on skills, experience,  and personality to present you with the best match. You’ll speak with the recommended candidate to ensure it’s a good fit before committing.

Start working together

Once you’re matched, your OBM or EA is ready to hit the ground running. You’ll start with a Kick Off call to walk through your tasks, SOPs, preferences, and logins—then dive right into working together 1:1 as your OBM/EA gets up to speed on your business, tools, and working style.

How do you choose your team members?

At The Savvy OBM, we believe that excellence starts with the right people. That’s why we only choose experienced, highly skilled professionals to join our team—individuals who are not only exceptional at what they do, but also genuinely passionate about supporting others and growing with purpose.

 

Our rigorous vetting process ensures that every team member embodies our core values of excellence, integrity, efficiency, and respect.

Can I get support from more than one EA or OBM?

Absolutely! If you need support from multiple EAs or an OBM + EA duo (a popular choice!), we’re here to help. Each team member requires a minimum of 40 hours per month, and we’re happy to customize a plan that fits your needs.

What hours does your team work?

Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm within their respective (US) time zone. 

You can submit tasks at any time. If submitted after business hours, your team member will begin work on them the following business day.

How does the personalized matching process work?

We start with a phone call to get a clear understanding of your business, your needs, and what kind of support will be most effective. From there, we’ll recommend a remote professional whose skills and personality are the right match for you.

 

You’ll receive their profile to review and have the opportunity to meet them before moving forward. Our process is simple, efficient, and designed to get you the support you need—quickly and confidently.

How quickly will my team member respond when I make a request or assign a task?

Your team member is trained to acknowledge receipt of your request or communications within 2 hours during business hours.

 

While most tasks are typically completed within a few hours, others may require 24 to 48 hours, depending on their complexity.

Do hours roll over if I don't use all of them?

No, hours do not roll over. But you are able to upgrade or downgrade your hours anytime.

How do you track the hours worked on my business?

We utilize a comprehensive time tracking software that meticulously logs every task, down to the minute. You'll have complete access to this platform, allowing you to stay informed about our ongoing tasks and the time allocated to each one.

 

Additionally, we provide weekly and monthly time summary reports to ensure you're always up to date on our progress.

What happens when my team member is out sick or on vacation?

We prioritize seamless support, even when your dedicated team member is out sick or on vacation. As part of our process, all team members document clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as they work, ensuring that their tasks are fully mapped out and easy to follow.

 

Before any planned time away, they’ll train a designated backup from our team, so you’ll always have coverage without missing a beat.

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

Nope! You are only charged the price of your plan. Because our team are remote independent contractors, we provide our own equipment, basic computer software and tools, and pay for our own taxes.
